I’d like to add that the same issue is discussed in this thread:

It says you sent the user troubleshooting instructions (disable some hidden field with CSS and, I suppose, insert specified values… the user confirms they worked). Could you share the procedure? I need to activate the Stripe connection as soon as possible.
