I didn’t have time to work this out so I’ve removed the Jetpack email sharing icon and replaced it. Thanks for your help.
I have rolled back to 2.3.6 and the error has gone away.

In reply to: Mass New Page Merge / CreationUse WP CSV. Export your posts using that plugin to a CSV file, and open that up in Excel and examine the format. Then create your own CSV file using Excel containing your new post data. I’ve auto-magically created 1000+ posts in a couple of hours using this method with an Excel database I had.
