 * I checked and I do not have any sites in my trash.
 * I think the problem is that the “title” or “titleform” field cannot stay empty.
   I now put “startseite” (startpage) as a title and titelform for my startpage (
   which I initally did not want to show on the page but hey okay) and it gives 
   me a new URL: domain.de/startseite which is then redirected to my main startpage.
 * I would prefer to not have that redirect and hope that Google realizes that domain.
   de/startseite is only a 301 and will not be shown in the SERPS.
