In reply to: [MaxGalleria] Getting Tired of all the problemsApologies about bringing up issues related to addins that can’t be addressed here. I’ll move those over to the company support forums.

In reply to: [MaxGalleria] Thumbnails are solid grayOkay, some bizarre (to me :)) behavior that I’m noticing in Chrome…
I thought I’d open up the debugger (F12) and look at the source code for the array of missing thumbnails (I’d navigated to the popup screen first, confirming that the thumbnails were indeed still missing).
In the course of doing that I expanded the Chrome window a bit so I could see more of the displayed page in addition to its source code.
As soon as I expanded the display a few pixels the thumbnails filled in! I’ve since confirmed that the change is not permanent — if you close the tab, open a new one and navigate to the site the thumbnails are missing. But the fix is reproducible — if you expand the Chrome window by a few pixels the thumbnails instantly fill in.
I thought this might have something to do with the lazy loading setting, which is enabled by default. I >>thought<< I’d tried disabling lazy loading before I contacted you, and found that it didn’t solve the problem.
But re-disabling lazy loading appears to be solving the problem. Does that make sense to you given what I’ve been describing?
I’ll continue testing and post what I learn.

In reply to: [MaxGalleria] Thumbnails are solid grayNot sure why you’re not seeing the image map. I screen captured some images showing what you need to click, and the resulting popup with the missing gallery thumbnails, but there doesn’t appear to be any way to upload/attach pictures on this support forum.
I’ve stored the images in a shared OneDrive folder: https://arcabama-my.sharepoint.com/:f:/p/mark/EurmzxGSOkxKoGgC-Ata5H4Bn6XxOLnqJQ2OSp1KVR7r6g?e=XqaRYs
If you open the imagemap.png file you’ll see I highlighted the icon on the imagemap you need to click in a red rectangle.
If you open the missing.png file you’ll see what comes up in Google Chrome when you click that highlighted icon. The empty gray squares are the missing thumbnails.
BTW, I navigated to the same site with Firefox and the thumbnails >>do<< show up. So I tried clearing the Google Chrome cache of everything from the last week (which predates when I created that particular blog entry), but the thumbnails are still missing. I don’t want to clear the Chrome cache further back because it’s a PITA to have to re-enter credentials and what not. But if you have other steps I can take with Chrome to try and solve the problem I’m all ears.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Cannot Insert Images from MaxGalleria Media Library Plus ProLol! I believe one of the plug-in authors is asking for specific technical help in this thread. Can’t someone help him?

In reply to: [Download Monitor] Specify File NameThanx for the quick reply. Although I’m sorry that the file name cannot be overridden, as it makes the plugin unusable in my use case (creating downloadable links that reference files in Microsoft’s OneDrive cloud).
I have installed test version 8.1 on my multisite install (WP 3.3.1) and created a new site. I did not encounter any problems in creating the new site, nor did I receive any error messages.
BTW, as I’m not terribly fluent in WP, can you confirm something for me? Right now I have v8.0 and v8.1 installed side by side, with v8.0 deactivated. Once you release the official 8.1 code, can I just delete the older v8.0 folder? Or will that mess something up?
