Everything worked well until I decided to go for a HOTlink protection code via .htaccess from:
@s4-nyc [/home/nivkorde/public_html]
I created a new .htaccess without the HotLink protection code at its end. After that images (all of them) started to load just fine.
As per Site5.com tech support:
Developer will have to adapt the HotLink protection code to “allow” the domain’s URL via https (since your plugin is forcing all the links via https).
