I dont see any GutenBee Galleries in the link you have provided. Can you add this custom css
.wp-block-gallery.has-nested-images figure.wp-block-image:not(#individual-image){margin-bottom:20px!important;}under Customize->Additional CSS to add a margin between these images in your galleries

I misunderstood, I though you cannot see time when the audio is actually playing.
In playlists you don’t have the track time rendered in both free and pro version of the plugin.
I am adding this as a suggestion for a feature in future releases of the plugin through.
