The only way is via a playlist I am afraid. So create a playlist with the track you want, and include the shortcode in a post. You cannot add it in the shortcode without a playlist.Forum: Themes and Templates

yes you can add a menu item with a custom class (https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-themes/how-to-style-wordpress-navigation-menus/)Then add this
@media(min-width:767px){ .your-class{ display:none; } }in your custom css box to hide it in desktop
