Actually, I was reading through the forum and people were saying that IE was the problem. So I went and checked and I saw that my menus are absent only in IE. It shows up in Firefox and Chrome

I tried to look at the codex page you reference but I don’t really understand php. I am learning to recognize certain things but I couldn’t make anything happen yet from codex. I have been trying to find code on the internet that I could copy and paste which is hoe I ended up here.
