for the entire user role works, but i need for single user and in this case it doesn’t work

I have already test this two options but doesn’t work always without tax… i am testing it in a clean installation with latest version of your plugin and woocommerce with no other plugin activated

plugin version 6.3.12 (with google maps api added)
wordpress 4.5.3
no other plugin installed or enabled
and standard theme twenty sixteen
