 * I’ve tried disabling the Cache (WordPress, Object and Varnish) and then ‘Enable

   save. This did not help.

 * Thank you so much for your detailed reply, amazing support, great to find the
   problem was with my understanding of the plugin and not an issue with the plugin.
 * Amazing plugin, amazing support. Thanks!

 * Hi,
 * Back on it again. Yes 3.7.6 for Profile Builder but now 1.1.8 for Client Portal.
 * Here are my steps:
 *     ```
       Client area login page:

       https://test.totalwebsolutions.com.au/log-in/

       INCORRECT password entered and:

       https://test.totalwebsolutions.com.au/log-in/?loginerror=PHN0cm9uZz5FUlJPUjwvc3Ryb25nPjogVGhlIHBhc3N3b3JkIHlvdSBlbnRlcmVkIGlzIGluY29ycmVjdC4gPGEgaHJlZj0iaHR0cHM6Ly90ZXN0LnRvdGFsd2Vic29sdXRpb25zLmNvbS5hdS93cC1sb2dpbi5waHA%2FYWN0aW9uPWxvc3RwYXNzd29yZCIgdGl0bGU9IlBhc3N3b3JkIExvc3QgYW5kIEZvdW5kLiI%2BTG9zdCB5b3VyIHBhc3N3b3JkPzwvYT4%3D&_wpnonce=d0ec2eab22&request_form_location=page&wppb_referer_url=https%3A%2F%2Ftest.totalwebsolutions.com.au%2F

       ERROR: THE PASSWORD YOU ENTERED IS INCORRECT. LOST YOUR PASSWORD?

       Lost password link in client login area:

       https://test.totalwebsolutions.com.au/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

       Enter new password after reset link is emailed.
       Password is reset.

       Click on log in link:

       https://test.totalwebsolutions.com.au/wp-login.php

       Enter new credentials, end up at dashboard profile page:

       https://test.totalwebsolutions.com.au/wp-admin/profile.php

       ****I absolutely don't want clients heading to the profile page for obvious reasons.

       BUT ALSO, all this password reset login is WordPress branded. Is there a way to avoid this and make it look like the client area login?

       *****Alternatively, but not the preferential way forward, BUT maybe until this can be fixed, - is there a way to disallow the "ERROR: THE PASSWORD YOU ENTERED IS INCORRECT. LOST YOUR PASSWORD?" link to show when an incorrect password is entered?
       ```
 * Many thanks in advance,
 * Matthew
 * Lets say 50% of users enter their prices ex GST/tax.
 * That means this plugin won’t work for 50% of people.
 * I’d guess that 99% of people enter their products ex GST/tax.
 * Don’t get me wrong, I love WooCommerce and their support is amongst the best
   I’ve encountered.
 * BUT this plugin is not technically WooCommerce, it’s awful, support is at best
   prompt (and varying between smug and genuinely trying to be helpful but being
   ill informed) but awful, and has cost me a fortune in lost time and a lost client.
 * Do people read these reviews? Hey anyone reading. All the best from Australia!
 * [@oaoyadeyi](https://wordpress.org/support/users/oaoyadeyi/) Thanks for the quick
   reply.
 * I will have a look at the documentation for the plugin you mentioned but it’s
   not been updated since August 2021 and only listed as compatible with WooCommerce
   5.1.x, so I’m cautious about the long term support of this plugin.
 * Yes if anyone else can assist with suggestions it would be much appreciated.
 * Thank you!
 * Hi Nicola,
 * If someone lives in the defined postcode area, I want them to be able to choose
   between store pickup (free) or delivery (flat rate).
 * If someone lives outside the defined postcode area, but within Western Australia,
   I want them to be able to choose store pickup.
 * From what you say, I have not set it up correctly for this to occur. Can you
   tell me how I should set up the shipping differently for what I want?
 * Many thanks,
 * Matthew
 * Hi,
 * Thanks for the CSS advice. I tried this, and all that happened was a small circle
   appeared next to the one of the shipping options:
 * [https://1drv.ms/u/s!Aq3jNxeW0axvkodEOBAbIpk6oFeipg?e=Gr37G0](https://1drv.ms/u/s!Aq3jNxeW0axvkodEOBAbIpk6oFeipg?e=Gr37G0)
 * You suggested that the theme might be the cause so I have changed to the 2020
   theme and disabled every plugin except WooCommerce and this is what the cart
   looks like – still no radio button:
 * My radio buttons still don’t show on the cart page.
 * I really need some help on this one please! I don’t understand why I’d need to
   change CSS – shouldn’t WooCommerce work correctly out of the box?
 * I also don’t know how to try changing this CSS even if I wanted to.
 * Is this radio button thing a bug, or something I’ve not set up correctly?
 * Many thanks in advance,
 * Matthew
 * Hi Nicola,
 * Many thanks for your quick reply!
 * I think you have this back-to-front but I’ve tried it anyway.
 * Now there is still no radio button, and the in store pickup option is now not
   shown. BUT the price is now shown for the flat rate delivery.
 * I’m probably missing something simple here??
 * Screen captures now with shipping zones reversed:
    [https://1drv.ms/u/s!Aq3jNxeW0axvkodCAMI5SZ3xG9WLKQ?e=oyJzxi](https://1drv.ms/u/s!Aq3jNxeW0axvkodCAMI5SZ3xG9WLKQ?e=oyJzxi)
 * And just for the record, the screen captures from before I reversed the shipping
   zones:
 * Hi Zach, Thanks for your reply. I have re-created the question below but with
   screen shots as requested:
 * I have created a number of custom product attributes, for example ‘what’s in
   the box:
 * 1x this thing
    2x other thing 7x great thing 1x wonderful thing
 * Link to screen capture of WooCommerce here: [screenshot](https://onedrive.live.com/?authkey=%21AFST%2DiGwXPHv1v0&cid=6FACD1961737E3AD&id=6FACD1961737E3AD%21160069&parId=6FACD1961737E3AD%21160068&o=OneUp)
 * BUT when I export and import the products via CSV (not changing or editing) the
   text formatting is lost and then looks like this:
 * 1x this thing 2x other thing 7x great thing 1x wonderful thing
 * Link to screen capture of WooCommerce here: [screenshot](https://onedrive.live.com/?authkey=%21AO3Q9wj2PfdI%5Fxs&cid=6FACD1961737E3AD&id=6FACD1961737E3AD%21160071&parId=6FACD1961737E3AD%21160068&o=OneUp)
 * Am I missing something? Or is this a bug that needs reporting?
 * Many thanks in advance to any helpful people out there.
 * Matt
