Test with “Auto Insert Table of Contents” Disabled and “Processing Headings” Disabled you just add the shortcode in your page or post page template?
The headers ID will not be placed in the post content, so the links will not send your readers anywhere ?
In my case, it generates the table of contents, but it is not possible to click.
I wanted it… ^^PS : Clear or check the “Override Color Scheme Colors” options for styling (no blue links) 😉

The sticky option was not working with [ez-toc] for Easy Table of Contents in Divi… 🤯Thanks for the tips, I will check this.

Indeed, I was logged with my admin account that doesn’t have the User mailbox.
With the User mailbox account it works !Thinking about security, it is recommended to use the Outlook/Office365 Authentication of the main account (with the User mailbox), on several websites using shared mailboxes for each website ?
This is only to get WordPress emails (contact form and technical/maintenance emails), not for mass marketing campaigns.Update :
Choosing the option “Accounts in any organizational directory (Any Azure AD directory – Multitenant)” in >Authentication in Azure’s option, solved this previous issue.
But now, there is the error “The mailbox is either inactive, soft-deleted, or is hosted on-premise.” :/
This is a shared mailbox.

Today, it is working (on PC).
I reenabled the other plugins and reCAPTCHA as well. Still working.
There was an update of Elementor too.The issue is solved, but not identified.

EDIT : It was actually not solved on mobile, still spinning…You indeed need to add “contact-form-7” to the REST API namespaces to be allowed in your Cerber Security / Anti spam / Anti Hacker settings.
