I also have a similar problem as you can see on my test site homepage here (http://www.medview.co.nz/test/)
It is working fine on most browsers, including Chrome, but I have noticed it doesn’t work on IE or Firefox as well as even Chrome on some computers.
I’m wondering, is there any way to allow it to work regardless of being near the top of the page?
