The reason why I shared the link above was to show you that an image is displayed for each download in a category. What shortcode are you using? Does your shortcode have the fancy=”1″ parameter included? For example:

I notice the following failure: “Membership level ID is missing in the payment notification! Cannot process this notification.” is failing in both test. Can you share the steps you took to create the membership level, the subscription button and the registration process? This can help us work out if there is a problem with our plugin or there is an issue with your current setup.
