I think I found the reason. Folders created in the wpcf7_uploads folder are deleted after a period of time even if the form is not sent. How to prevent this?
To complete my previous message, I observed that when I try to upload 3 files, a temporary folder is created in wpcf7_uploads folder when the first file is uploaded but it is deleted when the 2nd file is uploaded. In the end there are only 2 out of 3 files in the wpcf7_uploads folder and therefore only 2 out of 3 files in the email attachments.

I have the same problem, not all files are sent in the email and randomly. Sometimes it works and all files are sent (no matter the size). It does not seem to be related to size because I tested with several file sizes. I have the latest version of the plugin.Regards,
