I created a workaround for my issue, I’d like to share with you. With the plugin rediretion, I created a redirect from a dummy page “/myanchor” to the real link I want to place in the menu “/realpage#myanchor”. After that I put in the link for the submenu voice the dummy page link. It works fine.
