In reply to: [Athena] Can I Give It 0 Stars?I sent support requests straight from your website, so either you have the wrong email setup on your form or you just aren’t replying. The issue has not been fixed. I stopped using the theme because I just can’t use it. It doesn’t work for me even on a fresh install of wordpress and theme. I can install a fresh install on a subdomain so you can take a look. I just want it resolved since I paid for it. Thanks

Since it is used in a full e-commerce, how would customers login to their account besides the checkout popup window? Currently I have a shopify site and will be transferring over to a wordpress site but am using this plugin to include the collections of products. How can a user login to their customer account?

In reply to: [Athena] Slider Image Size“We recommend images with minimum horizontal length of 1200px” that is from their website. I have images at 1500×1000 and the pictures are getting cut at the top in desktop. On tablet they look perfect. Any way to resolve?

In reply to: [Relia] area "Homepage A"I have the same issue. I am still debating on buying the pro version as there are several kinks that need to be fixed. Hopefully this widget A size issue gets fixed. Even if I add a picture or slider to the widget, not just text, it only uses 33.3% of the size.
