I understand. I used to do tech support and sometimes there were out of scope issues if it was an

easy fix

I would take care of it other times the fix was easy but the end user just didn’t understand this and that is a slippery slope. Where they were wanting us to do the customization of our product. (out of scope issues)

I can’t find the style.css file via WordPress I can see it through firebug (an add on through FireFox) and where to edit the font size but I cant seem to get to actual file. I know it exist’s I can see it through the add on.
