Thank you so much for reporting this issue and providing such detailed information about the problem! You were absolutely correct in your analysis.
The issue was caused by uppercase SQL column types (
BIGINT,VARCHAR,MEDIUMINT,DATETIME, etc.) in ourCREATE TABLEstatements. WordPress’sdbDelta()function normalizes these to lowercase when comparing schemas, which caused it to incorrectly detect table differences on every page load, triggering unnecessary ALTER TABLE operations that led to database deadlocks under high load.We’ve fixed this issue in version 2.7.4 (will release soon) by normalizing all SQL DDL statements to lowercase across the plugin.

Thanks for your valuable feedback. Seems, you have some features request for the EazyDocs plugin. We would love to improve the plugin based on customer feedback.
- Could you specify where you wanted the pagination?
- The Next and Prev buttons are available in the Pro version
- And if you have long content in the left sidebar, the rest of the content will be viewable by scrolling. No content will not be lost for the limited height. We set a limited height for making the left side sticky while scrolling the doc page. Could you specify how should be the left sidebar and why you need it like that?
You can post any feature requests through the plugin’s general forum. It’s not recommended to post the feature requests in the rating section of the plugin. We would love to hear your reply. We wish you would change the rating stars.

Seems, weDocs is conflicting with other plugins activated on your website. Try disabling other plugins and check the issue again.
