I turn off Facebook, Twitter and the others I selected and turn them back on and it does not save.
Yes That fixed it but what about my plugins?
I changed the theme and its still not working.
When I close the social sharing plugin and reopen It does not save.
I cleared my browser cache. I flushed Managed WordPress cache. No cache plugins installed.
I installed the plugin. under item 3 I selected Float over web page.
