The shopify plugin was giving an error. I’ve deactivated that plugin but that didn’t fix the problem. I’m not sure where else to look

The mobile site looks squished. The desktop version is fine. I’m fairly new to wordpress and taking over a site built by someone else. I feel like it’s probably an easy solution. I’m too new to be able to see it.
I’ve seen other people say they’ve had this similar issue. One had a resolution when using Elementor. I’m using WP Bakery pages and the path to the solution didn’t match. (Appearance/Manage Location / where to next?)
Another solution I’ve seen was installing a backed up version of the site. There doesn’t seem to have one of those either.
I don’t know if it’s ok for me to post the actual site. If it’s ok and it will help let me know.

In reply to: [Astra] Latest update causing issuesDo you have any suggestions if the site doesn’t have a back-up? I’ve just started working on an existing site that doesn’t seem to have a back up for me to go to. Their desktop site is ok. The mobile versions are working but very squished.
