no, it doesn’t. Part of developing this plugin was also not having to deal with tons of (request) e-mails. But it’s nonetheless put on the to-do list (the option to turn it off is definitely considered).

of course. If you haven’t figured it out yet: are you logged in as network admin? If so, navigate to “My sites” -> “Network admin” -> “Dashboard”. There you will find “Settings” under the “Multisite Ticket System” where you can add and delete categories.

yes, I just uploaded a newer version of the plugin.
The deprecated function “get_currentuserinfo” is changed, and language files for English Australian have been added. So far, no further issues have come up in my testing environment.Thus, I don’t plan on deleting the plugin.

Could you provide a screenshot of the conflict shown, or more info as to what exactly is needed and when the problem occurs?
