It was caused by lazy loading when I uploaded an image — a conflict that I need to disable the Lazy Loading plugin from SiteGround. It’s not necessarily the best solution as that disables Lazy Loading site-wide (I can’t just disable it for a specific page) but it gets the map working again.
Yes, I think the issue requires both Frontend Forms for ACF and ACF to have the same values or it won’t work.
