In reply to: [Kitchenbug] Recipes have disappeared from some postsI have several customer blogs where I use this plugin and have had three times where this has happened as well. The bad news is that it essentially breaks the page and only certain elements show. I noticed this issue initially a couple months ago. We had to delete the recipe and do it over. Today we had the same problem and I wanted to see if anyone had the same issue.
I tried to use the shortcode (directly copied from a WordPress insert) and it didn’t work. It would be nice if there was some PHP or HTML I could use instead if the shortcode doesn’t work.

In reply to: WordPress Updates on FridaysThanks, @ipstenu. I do know that I didn’t have to upgrade right away and I had no reason to believe a minor upgrade would be an issue.
As far as the problem being with LiquidWeb or Core WP, if you had read my post, you would recognize that you are wrong. LiquidWeb told me that on one of my installs had an issue where the modsec rules were a problem and that permissions needed to be fixed. The modsec rules were setup by LiquidWeb.
They have yet to figure out what’s going on with their setup for the 2nd install, but it’s dovetailed into my first install via IP address. I think that’s where the problem lies, but I dunno.
I really like LiquidWeb a lot and trust them. They are much better than some other hosts I have had. But they have acknowledged that their own security setup to avoid sites getting hacked is responsible and they are fixing it.
I’m glad that you have had no problems.

The login issue is being answered on another thread and it is a separate issue from update rollout days being close to or on a weekend.

I appreciate the sentiment that “They’re going to happen when they happen.” but it’s only when enough people start requesting it that it can change. It’s like the NSA spying on everyone. It will change when enough people say they want something else.

In reply to: Login 404 After Upgrade to WordPress 3.5.2I have been getting the same problems. My server folks said it was a permissions problem. They were able to fix that for one of my WPMS installs but not the 2nd one.
I am very interested in a solution as well and I think it’s really crappy that they would roll this out on a Friday when the senior server experts aren’t working.
