And I also have a similar 403 error when trying to connect the site. On a subdomain, not sure if that matters.

Thanks for the info.

I removed all plugins and changed the theme to Storefront and initially still got the ‘Shipping to IN’ statement below the shipping options on the cart page.

After some tweaking it seemed to fix itself. The billing address and shipping zones were not set up correctly.

Hi there,

I never did get it to work. Deleted the plug-in and just used the code directly from Font-Awesome.
