I’m pretty sure it’s all done as you suggest.
I’ve created a Course with one Lesson.
The lesson views fine when I log in as my demo user.
I attached a quiz.
When I log in as the demo user I can see the quiz and take it. I can go through all of the questions. It’s when I hit Next on the last question “Grading Quiz” pops up and then I get the error page.
All of the questions are published.
When I go back to the quiz it shows my previous attempts so the grading process completed, it just didn’t display the result to my user.
