Hi – I’m on the latest version 25, database updated. I’ve deactivated all plugins and tried again (we’re on the stock Twenty Fourteen theme) but it’s still not working. What I did realize, though, is that it IS adding the users in to the database, it’s just refreshing the registration page afterward and it’s not sending the e-mail that new users registered on the page.
Hi @ultimatemembersupport – thank you so much for the turnaround on this. I really thought my options were hopeless, but your fix works wonderfully! I’m so excited to report back to my board of directors that it’s working correctly and we can begin registering new members on to our site! I just purchased your notices extension as well now that I have this working. Thanks again!!!
