So i ended up having a backup version of my wordpress docs from about a week or so ago, and copied all those docs into my current folder, overwriting whatever was in there, and now I’m able to login. I should’ve done it file by file to see which document was corrupt, but you live and learn.
Kmessinger, thank you for responding… although I’m not sure how “changing the site url” applies here? Is there a specific part within this post that I need to look at? I didn’t see anything about what to do when changing the settings in the general tab? (Sorry for my ignorance here… i’m still new to wordpress)
Just tried using my iPad app to login, and I’m still able to access posts and some admin features from the app, but from any web browser, it just doesn’t happen.
*its the dashboard I no longer have access to. I also remembered something else I did, I changed the title and the description.
Glad I can still post using iPad, but frustrated I can’t access the dashboard
