The theme was already activated but it didn’t work on the second website in the network. I temporarily solved this by replacing the
/wp-content/plugins/quadmenu/assets/frontend/css/quadmenu-locations.csson the second website with the CSS file from the first website.
I realize this isn’t the best solution but I couldn’t get it to work any other way.

Perhaps only for admin users then? That would be marvelous for those of us who give access to admins on the frontend for content entry.
