After waiting 2 hours i disabled Prevent Concurrent Login option. After that this issue was solved and in +5 months i didnt get that alert ever again.
To disable that you have to:
LearnDash -> Settings -> Integrity -> Turn “Prevent Concurrent Login” to OFF

Yeah you are right it was probably LearnDash.
I contacted LearnDash but support is off at Saturday.

I tried logging right now and it worked!!!
So i had to wait like 2 hours and it fixed itself.
