  • I have 5 pages for this plugin:
    – One for the list of members ([pdb_list sort=”true” filter=’approved=yes’])
    – One to display one record ([pdb_single])
    – One for datas input ([pdb_record])
    – One for the registration ([pdb_signup])
    – One for the registration confirmation ([pdb_signup_thanks])

    The two last pages are for the registration process. I’m using email field for registration and confirmation process.

    Maybe you can also test the plugin alone without others plugins.

    Hello,
    In fact, I just added additional fields and now it’s working. Before, it was only email field for sign-up and I don’t know why but the email was not sent (I received blank field). However it was working before. Now I added name and firstname fields with email field and I receive correctly the values of three fields. Now the confirmation email is sent to the new participant.
    I hope that it can help you. It’s a good plugin but I agree that the configuration and email process are a little difficult to understand.

    After several tests: I added a mandatory field “pseudo” in sign-up screen with “email” field. It seems working now. The “email” field alone didn’t work now as before. Probably normal following an update of the plugin.

    I’m using Version 1.5.4.9 of your very useful plugin.
    It was working before. I have a problem since several months: all seems working, but I receive the email for new registration but the email is empty and the new person don’t receive the email with his link. In the database, a new record is created but the email field is also empty.
    I have already check all parameters several times. Email process seems working but I don’t understand why but the email is not saved in the field.
    Maybe is a known issue or maybe you can help me?

    Bonjour,
    It’s working now.
    No problem with email configuration and I have changed nothing. I just tested again this morning and the link has been sent by mail without problem. I think that the process was locked due to many tentatives for tests. Thanks again.

    I have already follow the email troubleshooter.
    For different steps (user registration, new record, record update, etc), the emails are being sent without problem. Only the email to resend the private link doesn’t work. I will check again tomorrow morning to be sure that nothing is missing.

    Yes the picture is deleted but if the user ticks “delete” (“détruire” in french). If the user change only his picture the previous picture is not deleted, but is better that nothing.
    I will try to delete also a record for testing.

    The filenames of my pictures are not altered (or changed) by the plugin. My suggestion was only to format all pictures with a standard name, as firstname_name_date.jpg for example.

    Problem solved on my computer with IE 10 downloading.
    No problem on my laptob under IE 8 and under google chrome on my tablet.
    Maybe one parameter was not correct on previous installation.

    Hello, I have a similar issue with the right/left pictures corner of menu bar. There is no problem locally when I use wampserver for testing, but the menu bar is not correctly displayed online (same issue with IE and google chrome). If someone know how to fix this issue, I will appreciate his support.
