Between 14 versions of AI generated code to go in my function.php and disabling other plugins – over the last 9 days, it’s most likely the plugin..
Basing this on testing, the developer (you) responded same day (awesome!) but indicates not testing there since it’s a next day (future) send issue, and AI (while it does make mistakes) says ” I’m a bit skeptical (that it’s a plugin conflict) because:
- The debug log shows our code IS running correctly (locks are being set) < lots of testing/coding.
- The timing is consistent (all within 2 seconds)
- The pattern is very specific (person 2 gets 1+2, person 3 would get 1+2+3)
This looks more like the plugin’s own query logic rather than a conflict.”
Bummer! Between having an issue with future send (so needing to disable that to be safe) and the GC not reducing an amount used (ie. $100 GC bought then $75 used = $25 remaining) but it keeps $100 remaining instead like a coupon not a GC, this plugin while super useful, super well done (mostly) and has other super features – with these 2 big issues, this can’t be a reliable plugin. Such a bummer!
Also, if going in to cron to change the send time to see if that works (though not too practical esp over the holidays), it has occasionally deleted the cron all together.
Understood. Wordfence literally posted on their forum to post questions here when someone said they don’t respond to questions.. This would seem to validate the initial posters comment..
