I read through that already, i guess I’m not understanding what I’m missing…. I tried various things pertaining to that FAQ page… =/

That is what is listed in my Form:

i’m having an issue where my message is sent but the attachment is not being sent as an attachment, just the “name” of the document. I read through the doc on how to set it up and I’m pretty sure I have it set up right but I could be wrong. Can you help me with this?
