Thank you for your response. I think I made a mistake in conveying my meaning. the hosting believe that there are no security reason for changing admin role and a security plugin is causing the problem itself.

Error also happened after updating to last version. problem was because wrong or half update. i renamed the woocommerce folder and upload the file again and problem solved.

It happened right after update. I tried to update plugin once for 9.9.3 version and another for 9.9.5 and in both of them this happened after woocommerce update. i am sure since i clear cache and check website after every single update of plugins.
