In reply to: [Image Copytrack] Wp Version 5.5 / APIHi Jordy, just an update:
my developer couldn’t find anything strange / different with the pictures which couldn’t be uploaded.
But then I tried to upload them one by one by hand to Copytrack and the problem was quite ordinary: the size of the pictures must be at least 600 px on each side. And these pictures of mine were smaller on one side. So it doesn’t have something to do with permissions or accessibility, just with the side.
So this is a requirement of Copytrack when uploading otherwise it won’t work. Nothing more.
Have a good day! 🙂

In reply to: [Image Copytrack] Wp Version 5.5 / APIThat’s strange. I can see them even if I’m not logged in as an admin (cache & cookies are deleted first)… What would I have to do for them to be accessible? I’m not a developer, so I almost don’t know anything about codes, PHP etc. My blog was set by one, I’m only the user. Sorry for all the questions!

Here are some examples that don’t work:

(there are actually more than 3000 pictures out of about 6500 that couldn’t be uploaded – probably same error all over).

In reply to: [Image Copytrack] Wp Version 5.5 / APIAh, ok, I see them now. The info about “uploaded” or not is only available if I show my media as a list, not as a grid.
The error it shows me for the not uploaded pictures is “Cannot access the file remotely. Is your file accessible via Internet?” – all my files should actually be accessible and I uploaded all to my blog the same, regular way.
Any idea? Thank you!

In reply to: [Image Copytrack] Wp Version 5.5 / APIThank you Jordy for the fast update, it worked! 🙂
However, it couldn’t upload a lot of my blog photos to Copytrack. I suppose they had not the required size for Copytrack. Is there somewhere that I can see which photos they are, so I can change the size and upload them manually? Thanks!
