We have come to know your issue and tested it and it is working. Maybe you are missing something. Please make a test shortcode with attribute name and value. Then go to any post or page or any other content. There in the “Packaged shortcodes” section, you will get the created shortcode. Click that and a modal will appear where you can change value of the attibute. Doing the necessary changes save it and the shortcode will be inserted in the post. View the post and you will the shortcode working.
