Comments are not displayed for regular users, regardless of their role, or even if they are not logged into the site.
And the problem only appears when ajax-loading of comments is enabled.
I use the Members plugin for roles, but I haven’t had any problems with it before, I don’t limit comments with it.And yes, if the PublishPress Permissions plugin is disabled, comments always work correctly, no problems
Well… after disabling ajax-loading of comments (enabled to load comments when the page loads), comments start working fine without changing any other settings.
I haven’t found any setting in PublishPress that hides comments.

Yes, it works. But the cron task is too slow. And before it is deleted, the user has time to share it for selfish purposes. The symlink link is valid even if the download is limited to one download, until the cron task is triggered 🙁
