I’m trying to use the Branford magazine theme. I can’t get the photo feature to work on the homepage. I finally got the custom field to upload a URL for the featured story, but the UPDATE button won’t work. Just noticed that the DELETE button does work!

I tried to change my permalinks from ugly to pretty, but when I do, all the links are broken.

I’ve returned to the default. I really would prefer the other format. I didn’t understand my options at the time I started.
Is there another way to do it?

I’m having the same problem. I don’t want any children to appear in the pages list, only the parent. I tried the code given by moshu. I put it in the rsidebar file where I found the wp_list_pages tag.
I’ve also tried “include” and “exclude” tags, but nothing works. Am I putting it into the correct file?
