This plugin can’t stop them all, but it can slow them down. When your editing the page, look at the bottom where the SEO Redirect widget is, if your old url is not there, I’m guessing there is an issue with another plugin or your template. Everyone will have a difference service, depending on what country they are from. I choose geoplugin.net. I’m in Australia and it works well for me, but it doesn’t get all American and European addresses. Its the service you choose. I’ve tried to make a local service, the plugin was over 20 MB, it was fast but didn’t work on certain hosts. When I investigated that further I found further holes.
