I don’t get the screen you do, and can find no place to turn off that sort.

I had already located that setting, and all are unchecked. I even expanded the selections to be sure. What appears is a block labelled DEFAULT. You can see that here: http://homesrichmond.com/property/

But how do you then turn off the default sort above the listings? That changes your manual order.
