Multiple different restaurants on the same WordPress install is not supported.
It is a specific printer, but if you want to use your own printer, you might be interested in Orders for Windows – Software we provide which will print orders from a Windows computer in the same way the Mobi2Go printer would.

This is not a feature we currently provide. An easy workaround is to have order confirmation emails sent to a third party email-to-fax provider which will then forward the email to a supplier fax number.
Another solution is to have a Mobi2Go Printer printing order details in the kitchen.
