 * I’ve re-installed the wordpress by clicking the Re-Install button present in 
   upgrade link. The upgrade too some time but there was no change. Now I opened
   the wordpress in ie7 and I get this error,

 * Hello blueinstyle, I’ve cleaned the browser cache and reloaded. There no effect.
