I’m having the same problem. I have edited my php.ini file to enable sessions and verified they’re working by following the instructions here.
If it isn’t php sessions, what else could be causing those problems? I have installed the plugin on my own server and it works just fine, so I do believe it is something about the settings on the original server. I just don’t know what.

Admitably it doesn’t display the same as on my laptop (doesn’t use my specified thumbnails and the previous/next buttons are at the extreme left/right hand of the screen respectively), but it’s useable and links to youtube when I press play.

How does this page look on your mobile? Do you get the same problem? This might help narrow down the source of the problem.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [ULTIMATE VIDEO GALLERY] is this plugin D.O.A.?I have been using the pro version of this plugin for a couple of months and it is working fine. I haven’t yet upgraded to 3.5, so I can’t vouch for that, but it is functional. Perhaps you have a conflict with another plugin?

I found that I had not activated any of the Subscription Gateways (and this includes the option for ‘free’). Once I did that, my subscription showed up beneath the “Step 2. Select a subscription”. Perhaps this is what is happening in your cases?

I have changed the folder permissions to 777 and that has now allowed the files to upload to my sever, which they were not doing before.
However, after clicking ‘submit’ the page on my site refreshes and it is blank, except the page title. No text, no upload box, no comment form, nothing. And the file is not uploading to dropbox. Do you have suggestions as to what is causing this / how I can fix it?
