I have a feeling it might be something to do with my webhost (crazydomains) for http://www.moretonelec.com.au

In the Cpanel it lists:
moretonelec.com.au
moretonelec.com

So maybe its interfering with the Gmail server? do I need to set up mx records?

I tried changing it to remote mail exchanger for both .com.au and .com with no luck, now I get this error:
