In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Calendar View Hitting Display Limit? Not all showing?Aha as they say – this is a theme conflict! If I switch from my active theme to a default (like 2014) I can see all the entries.
Any idea how such a conflict could arise / where I ought to go look to troubleshot this?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] category sort drag & drop not workingI’m using Flatsome here, and I’m seeing this same problem; I get the crosshairs to order my categories, and I can drag and drop, but nothing changes. I activated Divi instead…same problem.
Help?

In reply to: 500 Server Error After upgrading to 4.3.1The initial instructions from the hosting provider were that a) there are no error logs specifically in this windows environment and b) to change the web config. Their directions gave me a lead in the right direction.
After a few permutations of web config settings, I was able to get an error message that was helpful:
Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2015/10. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
That in turn lead me to the fix – for whatever reason, the wp-content/uploads directory was locked down as readable but not writable. No clue how that happened, but it did. Seems to all be fixed now = phew!

In reply to: 500 Server Error After upgrading to 4.3.1Still waiting on error logs, but in the meantime I can also add that I’m able to UPDATE existing installed plugins, but cannot add new ones.
Found the problem – a plugin is to blame on our site, the CM Tooltips Pro Ecommerce one has an issue. Sorry it’s not the same as yours.
I’m having troubles as well and it seems no one has yet responded to you Franniesplace?
I updated our website from 3.9.x to 4.2.2 last night and *poof*, the media library and any access to it is just gone. The screens are now blank. Any ideas?

In reply to: media upload bugHmm…this happened to one of my wordpress sites as well recently. No modifications made on my end to anything, no disc space issues etc. Hoping it’s hosting related and can be resolved.
