 * Thank you for your answer, but I think we misunderstood each other.
 * Let me give you an example:
 * The product initially costs $50
 * The partner receives a 30% discount on the product. (i.e. the partner get $15
   if no coupon is used)
 * If a customer uses a 10% coupon, the customer pays $45, and I would like the 
   partner to receive a discount of $15 – $5, but in your case, the percentage for
   the partner is calculated from the amount discounted after the coupon , so he
   get 45$*0.3=13.5$
 * To sum up, is it possible in your plugin to make the commission for the partner
   count from the initial amount?
