    I was using WP Super Cache.

 * Ok, for some weird reason, it fixed itself… I simply deactivated and reactivated
   and everything is working again for now.

 * Yes, there are a few errors:
    – GET menuicon.gif – GET ckeditor.js?ver=3.3.1 –
   GET ckeditor.utils.js?ver=3.3.1
 * For some reason, the super admin is able to use it really well and see the icon
   by the CKEditor tab, however, the regular admins are not able to.
