 * Thank you, that works perfectly. I hope this added as a theme option in the future
   so that additional CSS is not required.

 * You can see that the Featured Image moves from above the Excerpt, to the left
   of the Excerpt. Other than updating the theme, no other settings have been changed.
   If this is an option in the theme settings, I’ve been unable to find it.
