 * Where do I locate my .htaccess file? Having trouble finding it. Can I access
   it from my dashboard editor or do I have to access it from my host gator/c-panel?
   And if so where would I find it on there, thanks again for your help.

 * Yea it seems to be doing it for all my links to specific author profiles and
   yes I’m using Yoast SEO
 * How would I go about redirecting it with Yoast? This is how I have my archives
   tab currently set up.
 * Author Archives
    Title template: %%name%%, Author at %%sitename%% Date Archives
   Title template: %%date%% %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%
 * **Duplicate content prevention**
 * If you’re running a one author blog, the author archive will be exactly the same
   as your homepage. This is what’s called a duplicate content problem.
    If this
   is the case on your site, you can choose to either disable it (which makes it
   redirect to the homepage), or to add noindex,follow to it so it doesn’t show
   up in the search results.
 * (not checked) – Add noindex, follow to the author archives
    (not checked) – Disable
   the author archives
 * Date-based archives could in some cases also be seen as duplicate content.
 * (checked) – Add noindex, follow to the date-based archives
    (not checked) – Disable
   the date-based archives

    Should I check the “Add noindex, follow to the author archives” ?
