I think was making it not look right is that the pricing layout in the description doesn’t match your demo. In the demo I noticed that everything is laid our horizontally like such:

    September 26 @ 4:00pm – 6:00pm | $40

But when I try it (no matter which theme) it always comes out looking something like this:

    September 26 @ 4:00pm – 6:00pm
    | $40

    Not sure why.

Looks much better and more professional, just signed up!

I sure wouldn’t word it like that. I would just come and say what the situation is. Kinda like you’ve explained here on the forum: “We want to warn our users about other “not so legit” versions being sold out there. Keyword Swarm was a repackaged version of Slimstat plus all our premium add-ons. We never authorized the author to resell our add-ons, and their license explicitly forbids that. Slimstat is free, and people should not pay for a repackaged version of our plugin.”

That more clear and professional than starting the terms off “Keyword Swarm Anyone?” What kind of warning is that?? C’mon, how would that look to you if you knew nothing about slimstat?

And by the way, just because doesn’t tell you about something or complain to you, that doesn’t mean they’re not turned off or confused.

In fact, I started not to even mention this; I started to just pass slimstat up all together and write it off as suspicious or some type of hacked plugin, but I just happened to dig a little deeper and inquire about.

Sounds like a promotion to me:

“In order to protect our intellectual property rights (Keyword Swarm, anyone?), we are asking you to review the following terms of use.”

Strange way to put a “Warning”, plus it leads to that Keyword Swarm link even leads to a Youtube vid promotion its product.

Now if you want to plug a product, that your business.

But to say that this line is a warning not to use Keyword Swarm just doesn’t set right with me.

If it truly is a warning, then I’d suggest rewording it to make it crystal clear. And if it truly is a promotion from you guys, just be real about it.

P.S. Just making sure that in All in One, was all I had to do is simply check the box to activate this feature as well as and check the users I don’t want tracked — or do I have to manually change some Google Analytics code as well?

    Hey Dennis,

Thanks for the the snippets suggestion, but it says that it’s good for only free products. And I am not offering free products, just virtual products, so it doesn’t look like this will work either.

    (@multimastery)

Ok well coulda fooled me, I just don’t need my customers to fill out all those fields like address and all unless I’m selling physical products, which I’m not. So how do I minimize this only to the fields I want? I’m sure you very well know that virtual products can in fact be sold without requiring the customer to fill an address form and all, C’mon Mike.

I already had enable ‘guest checkout’ checked in the checkout setting and it’s still requiring registration.

Again, I know I’m not the only one who has faced this problem because I’ve seen other threads on here with people having the same issue. It’s shouldn’t be this complicated. I don’t know what’s going on with this and I feel I’ve wasted me time spending weeks figuring out how to set-up the site and now I can’t even get it to checkout right. There’s some flaw in this and I don’t know what it is.

    Thread Starter multimastery

    (@multimastery)

I know that. Problem is it’s not working as I’ve previous stated. I have been waiting days for help with this but there seems to be no solution.

Again, I have these 2 settings UNchecked:

“Enable registration on the “Checkout” page”
“Enable registration on the “My Account” page”

    Yet it’s still requiring registration.

    Thread Starter multimastery

    (@multimastery)

Hello, can you please respond with more details about getting rid of the registration page. I couldn’t understand that part.

    Thread Starter multimastery

    (@multimastery)

Ok must have been a plugin conflict making the terms requirement show, I disabled all the plugins accept woocommerce and now terms requirement went away.

But as far as registration required issue, you lost me on that one. I looked everywhere and could not find anywhere to uncheck this: “Enable registration on the “Checkout” page”. So please elaborate as simple and clear as possible.

    (@multimastery)

There’s no page set and it’s still showing. Also the guest checkout function doesn’t work (and yes I have it checked). There’s some flaws in this and I don’t know what it is. I have searched other threads on here and find that several others have been experiencing the same issues, so it’s not just me. Hope these issues can be worked out because I would hate to have spent my time setting this all up for nothing.
