Today we release plugin version 4.9.0 which should fix this issue. You can upgrade directly from WordPress repository through the WordPress admin of your website.

Thank you very much for your report and informing us of this issue.
As you confirmed, after identifying the issue we have now released a new version of the plugin fixing the notification, making it possible again to show the error messages that return from the API. This fix can be found in version 4.8.1 of our plugin.
In regards to your recent comment about the “required” or “non required” phone field. Within the core of WooCommerce, usually the phone is a required field by default. If this is not the case for you we believe there might be something influencing this within your own environment. Maybe another plugin or theme function introducing this change.
I any case, you have a possibility to change Afterpay payment gateway from a type “direct” to a type “redirect” within the payment method settings. This will forward the consumers to our payment page where they can fill the missing information.
Also, I believe there are different ways in which you can make a field required based on the payment method selected:
Hopefully, this explains it and helps you further solving the issue around the required phone field.

However, other users reported a similar issue and we have been digging into this, until we found the cause of the reported bug.
We just release version 4.5.0; which should fix this.
Could you upgrade and let us know if this is working properly for your multisite webshop?

Please, could you indicate which version is the one you have installed and in which you have seen that you do not have access to the MultiSafepay Settings section inside WordPress backoffice.
The capability related to access to the settings page is “manage_woocommerce”.

If you have access to that section in one site; and not in others, could be related with differences in the user role and capabilities assigned.
Could you check this setting and let us know if this is your case?`

We can reproduce the conflict with MailerLite.
